In fact you will probably already be aware of this form of trance state. We actually all go into this state many times a day. “ Driving the car to your destination, when suddenly you realise your already there”. This is simply a state of Focused Attention, a bit like daydreaming.

Subsequent Hypnotherapy sessions involve much more than Hypnosis. During the first part of each session we'll talk about the progress you have made and I'll be encouraging you to express yourself positively, focusing on solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
